Delaware, Maryland and New York Laws prohibit the transportation, sale, use and/or possession of fireworks in each State.
No
admission to Pennsylvania residents without proper permits.
Must be 18 years old
to purchase fireworks. Valid driver’s license is required. Fireworks are illegal
in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Anyone who transports into, possesses, uses
or sells fireworks within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania without permission
from the appropriate authorities is subject to criminal and civil penalties.
